About Us

Evolution Concepts in Hair and Spa is the realization of a dream that began many years ago for owner Vince Pasqualino.  Leaving his home 1000 km behind in search of inspiration the Journey would begin.  In 1997, Vince began training under his uncle, a well respected and accomplished designer. 

His love and passion for art would manifest into a career in hair design that would exceed all expectations.  Within 3 years, Vince was to be sought out by Sebastian International to become a platform artist and creative team member.  From there, Vince would be trained under world renowned ICON Robert Labetta. 

Continuing his evolution, Vince would move on to working for ICON International a new Company with a fresh approach to hair and the professional industry.  Gracing their platforms with his artistic interpretations, creating fashion through hair, Vince has become an artist with a unique vision for hair design that he now expresses in Evolution Concepts In Hair.
